We’re so excited to celebrate with you! For those travelling from out of town, we’ve put together some helpful information to make planning your trip as easy as possible.
Getting Here
If you’re travelling from the United States,
you’ll be flying into Melbourne (MEL)
Flight tips:
· Most major airlines offer a direct or one stop flights from cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, New York and Honolulu.
· The flight time is long, so we recommend arriving at least 2 days before the event to recover from jetlag.
· Be sure to check passport validity and visa requirements well in advance. (Most visitors will need an ETA for Australia)
Once you arrive, Downtown Melbourne is approximately 25mins from the airport by car.
Getting Around
· Public Transport – Trains, Buses and rideshares (Uber, Didi, taxis) are easy to use. Melbourne also has a great tram system which is free to use around the city.
· Car Hire – Available at the airport and throughout the city.
· Parking – Available in/near most hotels and venue.
Our wedding venue is in the heart of the city, so we recommend staying nearby, as it’s close to the venue and has great dining and transport options.
